Rental Basics

How does the rental process work?
Choose your unit size, request a quote, and we’ll schedule delivery and setup. Payment is due at booking, and pickup is included after your rental period ends.

What areas do you serve?
We currently deliver throughout the Phoenix metro area (within 15 miles of downtown). Additional mileage may be available for an extra fee — contact us for details.

What power outlets do I need?
Our 12,000 BTU units use a standard 120 V outlet. The 36,000 BTU unit may require a dedicated circuit. We’ll confirm before delivery.

Delivery & Setup

How soon can I get a unit delivered?
Standard delivery is available within 24 hours. Same-day rush delivery is available for +$35 within a 4-hour window (subject to availability).

How long does setup take?
Most installations take 15–30 minutes. Our technician ensures the system is vented and cooling properly before leaving.

Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?
Yes — an adult (18+) must be present to sign and inspect the equipment during both delivery and pickup.

Fees & Deposits

Is there a deposit required?
A $150 refundable deposit applies if you decline the damage waiver. Deposits are refunded within 3–5 business days after pickup and inspection.

What is the damage waiver?
It’s an optional fee (10% of your rental) that covers accidental damage. It does not cover misuse, theft, or negligence.

Equipment & Use

Can I use the unit outdoors?
Our standard 12,000 BTU unit is for indoor use. The 36,000 BTU unit is designed for larger spaces and can be staged outdoors with proper ventilation.

Can I cool multiple rooms?
Yes — multi-room discounts are available (−10% on each additional unit delivered to the same address and time).

Do you provide window kits or hoses?
Yes — standard window/slider kits are included. We also offer casement adapters, condensate pumps, and insulated ducts as needed.

Payments & Cancellations

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards at booking.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes — full refunds for cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours are refunded at 50%.

Technical Support

What if the unit isn’t cooling properly?
Call us immediately at (480) 450-2575. We’ll troubleshoot or replace the unit if needed — same-day replacements are available in most cases.
